# Become an Installer

The dealer sells, the installation partner installs. Requests in your region are assigned to you under manufacturer coordination.

## What an Installation Partner Gets

The installer network connects two sides: the customer asks "who will fit it?", the dealer asks "who will install it?". The bridge stays with the manufacturer — measurement and installation requests coming from your region are assigned to you; you pay no advertising or intermediary commission for new customers.

- Manufacturer backing on the product side: 2-year warranty, 15-year parts supply commitment.
- You start with the Registered Installation Partner badge; after training and first jobs you become a Certified Installer.
- Technical installation training and the product guide are provided by the manufacturer.

A partner who completed training and the first coordinated jobs.

Writing reference jobs or company details in the message field speeds up the review.

## From Application to Badge

Join the network in four steps — at the last stage the Certified Installer title appears in the directory.

1. **Application Reviewed** — Speciality, region and reference details are examined with the installation partner team. Suitable applications are answered within 2 business days.
2. **Preliminary Interview** — The working standard, workload and regional coverage are clarified together by phone. The first job assignment is set on the calendar.
3. **Registered Installation Partner** — Registration in the network is completed; installation requests in the region are assigned to the partner.
4. **Certified Installer Badge** — Once manufacturer training and the first coordinated jobs are completed, the Certified Installer badge is awarded and listed with this title in the directory.
