Every stage, from product design to delivery at the customer’s address, runs under one roof: production takes place at the Gebze plant, quality control and packaging are completed at the centre, and the dealer network places orders through our own ERP/CRM infrastructure. The team takes part in every link of this chain.

## Fields of Work

Every link of the chain from the manufacturer to delivery is a separate field of responsibility.

- **Production and Operations** — Production, assembly and packaging processes of insect screen and blind systems at the Gebze plant.
- **Quality Control** — Dimensional, mechanism and surface inspection of products leaving the production line; final check before shipment.
- **Sales and Dealer Management** — Growing the domestic and international dealer network; running dealer order and support processes.
- **Logistics and Shipment** — Daily operation and tracking of the address-delivery model shipping to every country in the world.
- **Installation and Technical Service** — Installation support across Istanbul and Kocaeli, and technical know-how flow to the installation partner network.
- **Office and Administration** — Accounting, human resources, executive assistance and general office operations.
