# Commercial Message Consent

FENETRE Systems commercial electronic message consent: sender identity, channels, content scope, how consent is given, the right to refuse, and withdrawal.

Last updated: October 2026

## 1. Sender and Scope

Commercial electronic messages are sent by FENETRE Systems San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. . If you consent, messages contain: [product promotion](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/products/), new series, campaigns, dealer news and company announcements.

Channels are limited to those you select when giving consent: e-mail and/or SMS. Marketing calls by telephone are not within the scope of this consent.

## 2. Nature of Consent

- Submitting a contact, quotation or application form does not count as message consent. Consent is collected as a separate and explicit choice within the scope described in this document.
- The response to your quotation request is service communication; it does not count as a marketing message.
- Merchants and tradespeople may be given information relating to their business. The right to refuse is reserved. This applies to a single message.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

## 3. Consent and Refusal

Consent is collected only by explicit choice. Boxes are not pre-ticked. Consent given on a previous form does not count. Not giving consent does not affect site services or the quotation process.

## 4. Method of Withdrawal (Opt-Out)

Every commercial message sent contains an opt-out link. Withdrawal is free with a single click. A short notice to info@fenetresystems.com is also sufficient. Opt-out requests are processed immediately; no marketing message is sent to that address.

Opting out does not end service communication. Order, warranty and service notifications may continue.

## 5. Records

Consent and refusal records are retained as proof in case of dispute. These records are not used for non-marketing purposes.

The Turkish version of this document is the legally binding text.
