# Explicit Consent Notice

Consent-based data processing at FENETRE Systems: which processing requires consent, within what limits it is requested, and how it is withdrawn.

## 1. Scope of This Notice

Under KVKK, explicit consent is requested only for processing that cannot rely on another legal ground. Within this site, consent is requested for two matters only:

- [Sending commercial electronic messages](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/commercial-message-consent/) — messages containing product promotion, campaigns and announcements.
- [Analytics cookies](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/cookie-policy/) — non-essential site statistics tracking.

Consent is not requested for processing based on the establishment or performance of a contract, such as giving a quotation, fulfilling an order or responding to an enquiry; such processing is carried out on the legal grounds stated in the [Data Protection Disclosure](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/data-protection-disclosure/).

## 2. Independent Choices

Every purpose requiring consent is offered as a separate choice; giving one is not tied to the other. Approving commercial messages does not mean accepting cookies — or vice versa. Submitting a form does not give rise to any consent choice by itself.

## 3. Scope of Consent

Consent given is limited to the purpose and channels described:

- Commercial message consent: sending messages of the specified content type to the specified contact address. No use outside that scope is made.
- Cookie consent: analytics tracking technologies may run. Tracking that has not been approved is not activated before the page loads.

## 4. Method of Withdrawal

Consent is withdrawn as easily as it is given; withdrawal stops future processing and does not affect processing that was lawful in the past.

- Commercial messages: the opt-out link in the message or a notice to info@fenetresystems.com .
- Cookies: clearing site data in the browser settings resets the preference; the consent banner is shown again on the next visit.

No additional document or justification is required to process a withdrawal request.

## 5. What This Notice Is Not

This notice does not replace the Data Protection Disclosure; the two documents are kept separate. A blanket declaration such as “I consent to all my data being processed for every purpose” is neither requested nor accepted.
