# Glass Balcony Venetian Blind

Venetian blind on the glass balcony: fine light control and a wipeable surface on the indoor plane; the open-air limit applies.

## Glass Balcony Analysis

On the glass balcony the venetian works on the indoor plane: on the surface of the closed glass facing the home, the slat tilt manages the balcony light centimetre by centimetre and the aluminium surface wipes after condensation. The limit is honest: on a plane directly [exposed to the outdoor air](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/zip-screens/) the slat swings in the wind and makes noise — it is in the right position behind closed glass.

### Indoor Plane

It works on the home side of the closed glass balcony; it is not exposed to the outdoor air.

### Fine Adjustment

The balcony sun is directed with the slat tilt; the sitting area stays shaded.

### Condensation

The glass-balcony condensation wipes off the slats; it does not absorb like fabric.

### Wind Limit

In the open air the slat swings and makes noise; it is used behind a closed system.

## The Slats’ Place on the Balcony Glass

The glass balcony is a buffer between two airs; the venetian manages the light degree by degree at this transition. The balcony’s condensation would wet the fabric — the aluminium slats wipe, the problem ends.

The limit is honest: on an open or wind-catching plane the slat swings, produces noise and wears. The inner surface of the closed glass is the venetian’s right position.

If an outdoor-façade cut is wanted, the zip class is the right solution; the venetian works on the indoor plane.
