# Hotel Zip Screen

Zip screen in a hotel: privacy on room terraces and balconies, wind protection of common areas; floor-based façade order with motorised scenario.

## Hotel Zip Screen Analysis

In a hotel the zip screen works on two planes: on room terraces and balconies it gives guest privacy and wind cutting, on common open areas ([poolside](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/poolside-zip-screen/), the breakfast terrace) it provides comfort. The side-channelled fabric stays stable in intensive guest use; the case matches the façade colour and preserves the building integrity.

### Room Terrace

Privacy and wind cutting are given on the guest balcony.

### Common Area

Comfort is provided on the breakfast terrace and the poolside.

### Façade Order

The case and the channel match the façade RAL code; the building look is preserved.

### Durability

The channel-locked fabric is stable in intensive guest use.

## The comfort of the hotel open area

The open areas of a hotel are revenue centres: the terrace restaurant, the poolside, the room balcony. The zip screen protects these planes against wind and sun; guest comfort and use time increase.

On the room balcony privacy and wind cutting are given; in the common area the side-channelled fabric stays stable in intensive use.

The case matches the façade colour; the building look is preserved.
