# Order and Production Tracking

Every stage from cutting to quality control on a single screen. Live, per-product status.

## The Production Course

The six stages tracked from the moment the order enters the system until packaging.

01. **Order Received** — The order is forwarded to the factory. It enters the production plan and is assigned a completion date.
02. **Material Preparation** — Profiles, fabric and parts are allocated to the order. Any missing-material situation is reported.
03. **Cutting** — Profiles and fabric are taken to the cutting line according to the measurements in the order.
04. **Assembly/Production Line** — Parts are joined. The mechanism, rail and fabric are finished on the product.
05. **Quality Control** — Measurement, function and surface checks are carried out. A product that does not pass returns to the line.
06. **Packing and Labelling** — The product is prepared for shipment with protective packaging. The shipping process is tracked from a separate module.

## Invisible Production Cannot Inspire Trust

The dealer’s hardest question is “what is the status of my product?” Whoever answers with a guess loses trust. In this module, every product line is tracked independently. Which product is at cutting, which is on the assembly line and which has passed [quality control](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/quality-control/) is seen on a single screen.

Transparency also gives planning power. The dealer can set the installation appointment by the estimated date before production actually finishes. In an unexpected situation the system generates an instant notification — the surprise reaches the dealer first, not the customer.

- Independent per-product status — each line shows a separate stage
- Completion percentage — every product’s progress shown as a percentage
- Delay alert — an off-plan situation generates an automatic notification
- Deadline visibility — the order’s planned dispatch date is on record
- Shipment link — handover to the freight module after packaging

## Questions About Production Tracking

Is tracking per product or per order?

Per product. Every product line within the same order is tracked independently — while one is at cutting, another can be at quality control, and each shows its own completion percentage.

How am I notified of a delay?

If a planned stage is delayed, the system generates an automatic notification. You get the chance to inform the customer before they are affected.

Can my customer also see their order?

The status information is visible in the dealer panel. Passing it on to the customer is the dealer’s choice. Notification content can be forwarded.

Which device is used for tracking?

The panel is web-based. The same data is reached from a phone in the field or a desktop in the office.
