Scope **Which Project Types We Produce For** — FENETRE Systems is a manufacturer on the project side, not a subcontractor. Insect screen, pleated and blind systems are produced to the measurement list at the Gebze plant. **Housing Developments** — A standard measurement set per apartment is produced for housing complex and residence projects. Different joinery types within the same block are combined in a single production run. **Hotels and Accommodation** — Blackout or sheer fabric selection per room is made to the operator’s standard. Floor-by-floor batch production and labelled packaging are applied. **Offices and Corporate** — Plaza floors, branch networks and public buildings are handled with a single product type and a single invoice structure. Bulk Projects **Corporate and Bulk Project Channel** — Orders of 20 units and above run on a dedicated project line. Process **How a Project Runs** — Seven steps from survey to shipment plan. At every step the single counterpart is the manufacturer itself. 1 **Survey and Measurement List** — The project side submits the opening list with product group and quantity information. The list template is finalised together.
2. **Technical Measurements Confirmed** — Critical openings are verified on site or from drawings. Product family and installation type are matched block by block.
3. **Single Quote Issued** — Product group, colour, fabric and installation type are consolidated in one quote. Per-item pricing and lead time are included.
4. **Sample Approved** — A sample product is sent before serial production. The approved model and colour are recorded as the project standard.
5. **Serial Production** — Production runs at the Gebze plant to the measurement list. Every product passes quality control before leaving the line.
6. **Packaging and Labelling** — Products are labelled and packed by block, floor or room; the right product reaches the right unit on site.
7. **Shipment Plan** — Deliveries are scheduled in stages. Installation support is provided within Istanbul and Kocaeli; other regions and international destinations receive door-to-door delivery.
