# Prefab Home Zip Screen

Zip screen in a prefab home: a light side-channelled system on the veranda edge and the façade; panel-surface mounting does not harm the structure.

## Prefab Home Zip Screen Analysis

In a prefab home the zip screen closes the veranda edge and the façade: the open area in front of the panel structure is turned into semi-interior comfort with side-channelled fabric. The system is light — the [aluminium case and channels](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/zip-screen-systems/) fit the carrying limit of the panel surface; mounting is done on the wall or the veranda joinery.

### Veranda Edge

The open area of the prefab front façade closes with side-channelled fabric.

### Light System

The aluminium case and channel fit the carrying limit of the panel surface.

### Wind Cutting

The wind in the open area is braked with the channel-locked fabric.

### Panel Mounting

The connection is made according to the capacity of the panel or joinery surface.

## Closing the open area in prefab

The front veranda of a prefab home takes its use value from its openness but wind and sun limit it. The zip screen gives semi-interior comfort by closing the edge.

The light system fits the carrying capacity of the panel surface; mounting is done on the wall or the veranda joinery.

Façade shading brakes the fast heat transfer of the panel wall on the exterior plane.
