# Quality Control

Every product is verified in four stages — from measurement to packaging — before leaving the Gebze plant.

## What Is Checked?

Quality control is not a single final check. It is a chain of verifications running from the moment the production file is opened until dispatch.

### Measurement Check

Every product is compared against the net measurement in the production file. Out-of-tolerance parts do not leave the dispatch line.

### Mechanism Check

In pleated, venetian and zip systems, movement, tension and locking mechanisms are tested in working condition.

### Surface and Profile Check

Profile coating, mesh tension and fabric surface are inspected for scratches, colour and deformation.

### Packaging Check

The correct package type, complete parts and correct labelling are verified before shipment.

## The Inspection Chain

Inspection is done not at the end of production but at every stage : a wrong measurement is caught before cutting, a mechanism fault before packaging, surface damage before dispatch.

Every order has a production file. Measurement, [installation type](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/insect-screen-installation-types/), colour and packaging instructions are kept in a single record. In case of a fault, this file retrospectively shows what the product went through at which stage.

01. **Production File Verification** — Order measurements, installation type and colour information are confirmed before going into production.
02. **In-Line Inspection** — At the cutting, assembly and mechanism stages, every part is checked during processing.
03. **Pre-Dispatch Final** — The finished product passes measurement, surface and function tests. It is matched against the packing list.
04. **Record and Traceability** — Every order is on record with its production file. In case of a return or revision, the file is reopened.

## Questions About Quality Control

Is every product checked individually?

Yes. Every product passes measurement and function checks before dispatch. Even in serial production, inspection is per product, not per batch.

What happens if there is a measurement error?

Measurement or workmanship errors caused by production are corrected free of charge. Re-production is planned through the product file.

Does quality control also apply to knock-down orders?

Yes. In knock-down kits, part completeness, profile cut measurements and the parts list are additionally verified.

Can I see the inspection result?

In dealer and corporate orders, the pre-dispatch inspection approval is recorded in the order record. It can be tracked through the portal.
