## How Is a Shipment Planned?

Shipping is planned as part of the order. By the time the product is ready, the transport type, date and paperwork are already set. In the [knock-down model](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/finished-and-knock-down-shipment/) volume shrinks, so freight costs drop noticeably on long-distance shipments.

Every shipment leaves with a tracking number. In dealer orders, the status is also visible through the portal. The parts list on the box makes the recipient’s check easier at delivery.

01. **Shipment Plan** — The transport type is selected with the address, volume and schedule information. The date is shared with confirmation.
02. **Packaging and Paperwork** — The product is packed. The export documents required for international shipments are prepared.
03. **Loading and Handover** — The box is matched to the dispatch list, handed to the carrier and the departure information is shared.
04. **Tracking and Delivery** — A tracking number is provided. The shipment is followed through the order record until delivery.

Which regions do you ship to?

Door-to-door delivery is made to every province of Türkiye and to every country in the world. The transport type is chosen by distance and volume.

How is the freight cost calculated?

It is finalised at the quote stage based on volume, weight and destination address. Knock-down shipment reduces volume, which is an advantage in distant markets.

Who prepares the paperwork for international shipments?

Export documentation is prepared by us. In customs procedures, the import rules of the buyer’s country apply.

How do I track my shipment?

Tracking information is shared at dispatch. In dealer orders, the order status can also be followed through the portal.
