# Supply Agreement

Regular product and material supply to businesses: specification, acceptance criteria, order confirmation, delivery terms, payment, and nonconformity handling.

Last updated: October 2026

## 1. Framework of the Relationship

This document governs an ongoing supply relationship , not a one-off order. FENETRE Systems may supply the buyer business on a regular basis within the following scope: finished products ([insect screen](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/insect-screens/) and [blind systems](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/curtains/)), products in disassembled/kit form, profiles, mesh/fabric and accessories. The scope is made concrete in the specification signed by the parties.

## 2. Technical Specification and Acceptance Criteria

A [technical specification](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/quality-control/) is drawn up for each supplied product group: material, measurement tolerance, surface and function criteria. Acceptance criteria are stated in the specification; if the buyer detects a nonconformity during incoming inspection, it is recorded.

## 3. Order Confirmation and Lead Time

- Periodic call-offs/orders are sent in writing and become final upon FENETRE's confirmation.
- A delivery window is stated in each confirmation; in serial production the lead time is scheduled according to the capacity plan.
- An unconfirmed call-off does not count as an order.

## 4. Payment and Delivery

Payment terms (credit period, advance, current-account arrangement) are set out in the framework agreement; the invoice is delivered with the product or electronically. The delivery method (to the address, ex warehouse, handover to the carrier) is written into the specification on a per-order basis; the sharing of loading and unloading follows the rules in the [Shipping & Delivery](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/shipping-and-delivery/) policy.

## 5. Resolving Nonconforming Product

For product that does not meet the specification, the buyer issues a written nonconformity notice together with photographic records of the batch. Following assessment, the choice is FENETRE's: replacement of the product, repair, or a refund or discount of the price. For recurring nonconformity a root-cause analysis is carried out and the specification is revised where necessary.

## 6. Continuity

The framework relationship runs for an indefinite term; individual call-offs are binding through their own confirmations. Termination of the relationship does not prevent the completion of confirmed call-offs.

The Turkish version of this document is the legally binding text.
