Last updated: October 2026

## 1. Scope

This document governs trade secrecy , not [the privacy of personal data](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/privacy-policy/). The following information shared by FENETRE Systems San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“FENETRE”) during [dealership](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/dealership/), [supply](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/supply-agreement/) or [distributorship](https://www.fenetresystems.com/en/distributorship-agreement/) negotiations and work is considered confidential information:

- dealer-specific purchase prices and discount rates,
- the content of prepared quotations and pro formas,
- technical drawings, installation documentation and production information,
- dealer portal access credentials and portal content,
- new product and series plans, work not yet announced.

## 2. Limit on Use

Confidential information is used only for the purpose for which it was shared: quoting, order fulfilment, installation and after-sales service. Using or sharing the information in a way that benefits a third party is prohibited.

The dealer's resale prices are at its own discretion; this document contains no rule that fixes or restricts the dealer's sale prices — the confidentiality of dealer purchase prices does not amount to resale price control.

## 3. Sharing Conditions

Confidential information may be shared only with the counterparty's employees and advisers who need to know it for their work; those persons must be bound by the same duty of confidentiality. Sharing with unauthorised third parties or competitors is prohibited.

## 4. Exceptions

The duty of confidentiality does not apply to information that:

- was publicly available before it was shared,
- was developed independently by the counterparty or obtained by other legitimate means,
- must be disclosed by court order, enforcement action or regulation — where possible with prior notice.

## 5. Duration and Breach

The duty of confidentiality remains in force for the duration of the business relationship and for 3 years after it ends. A breach or suspected breach is reported to the counterparty without delay; rights relating to remedying the damage are reserved.

## 6. Termination of the Relationship

When the relationship ends, printed confidential documents are returned or destroyed; portal access is closed and deletion of digital copies may be requested.

The Turkish version of this document is the legally binding text.
