## Quality and Warranty Process

Three checkpoints operate from production to delivery. The warranty record is opened at delivery and the service process runs on the same record.

1. **Measurement Verification** — Before the production order is opened, measurements and frame type are confirmed. If there is ambiguity, production is held and clarified with the customer.
2. **End-of-Line Inspection** — Assembly trial, fabric tension and parts completeness are checked at the end of the line. A missing part never enters the package.
3. **Dispatch and Record** — A final surface inspection is done before packaging. The warranty record is opened together with the delivery information and the service process stays trackable.

## Dealer and Partner Infrastructure
