Packaging & Crating

Fly screens, pleated screens, pleated blinds, honeycomb shades, venetian blinds and zip blinds move through packaging lines tailored to dealers, sub-dealers, retail chains, installers and end users. After finishing, every unit is inspected again for scratches or bent corners and then wrapped with multiple protective layers.

Every kit carries product IDs, order numbers and directional graphics so installers immediately know how to handle the box. Accessory bags inherit the same IDs to avoid mix-ups during assembly.

Packaging Steps

Parts are assigned to channel-specific recipes; labels are updated for each layer.
Foam blocks and kraft separators keep metal profiles from touching.
Bubble wrap and shrink films absorb impact and scratches.
Boxes receive directional arrows, fragile signs and customer logos.
IoT sensors log shock, humidity and temperature on long routes.
A six-item checklist (label, bag, accessory, document, sensor, QA sign-off) is stamped before WMS intake.

Labeling & Documentation

Each unit label includes product name, order number, route and technician ID.
Accessory bags use color keys so installers know when to open them.
DIY kits include QR videos, warranty cards and quick guides in one envelope.
Dealers get pallet labels so WMS tracks every crate-carrier match.
Fragile goods add impact-indicator stickers that notify recipients if thresholds are exceeded.
All materials are recyclable; reusable crates are available on request.
