Finished Product & Flat-Pack Shipping
Fenetre Systems prepares fly screens, pleated screens, pleated blinds, honeycomb blinds, venetian blinds and zip blinds in two modes: fully assembled units for dealers, retailers and installation crews, and flat-pack kits for sub-dealers or homeowners who install on their own. Once each unit completes assembly and QA, it is repacked to simplify final installation.
Both modes run on the same logistics spine so inventory, warranty and service records stay unified across Turkey and Europe.
| Channel | Mode | Packaging Detail | Installation Support | Average SLA |

Flat-Pack Workflow
- Parts are grouped into color-coded, numbered bags based on channel type.
- Box inserts illustrate the assembly order with visual blueprints.
- Critical components (motors, fabrics, handles) are housed in shock-proof trays.
- QR-linked installation videos and PDFs ship inside every kit.
- Each bag carries serialized labels for traceability.
- A six-point checklist is stamped before the kit enters WMS.
Finished Goods Workflow
- Assembled products undergo a final mobile-jig test and video capture.
- Surfaces are wrapped with dual foam + board to avoid scratches.
- Brand labels, warranty cards and service contacts are printed on the box.
- IoT crates stream temperature and shock data during transit.
- Dealers preview proof photos in the portal before accepting delivery.
- Post-delivery notifications open “received / installed” tasks for crews.
