This site presents the insect screen and blind systems manufactured by FENETRE Systems. It shares technical information and receives quote requests, dealership and job applications. Visiting the site does not constitute acceptance of a contract. Orders and dealership are established under separate documents.

2. Content and Brand Rights

• Copyright in all text, images, catalogues and drawings on the site belongs to FENETRE Systems San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Unauthorised use and copying are prohibited.
• The names “FENETRE” and “FENETRE Systems” and the logo may not be used without permission.
• Product images may be illustrative. Specifications are stated in the tables on each page.
• Catalogues and documents are provided to authorised dealers. The scope of authorisation is set out in the dealer terms.

3. Accuracy of Form Submissions

The sender is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information submitted in forms. Misleading information or information belonging to others is not processed. Legal remedies are pursued in cases of unlawful use.

4. Security and Misuse

• Unauthorised access to the infrastructure, malicious code and attempts to disrupt service are prohibited.
• Bulk or automated form submission (spam) is prohibited; it is blocked by filtering and rate limiting.
• Copying content without attribution is prohibited.

The site contains third-party links such as social media and maps. The respective provider is responsible for their content and privacy practices.
