Disclosure under Law No. 6698 (KVKK): data controller, data collected, purposes, legal grounds, transfers, retention, and your rights.

1. Data Controller

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), personal data is processed by the data controller identified below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Method of Collection

Data is obtained from you via the forms on the site, e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp correspondence. The data groups processed:

  • Identity and contact: full name, telephone, e-mail, city/country.
  • Request information: measurements, product preference, quotation, delivery address, message text.
  • Application information: company, field and experience for dealership; résumé for job applications.
  • Site usage data: anonymous analytics data only where cookie consent has been given.

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

Contact, quotation and dealership applications each have their own purpose. Data is processed only for the relevant purpose.

  • Contact requests: answering questions and complaints — contract and legitimate interest.
  • Quotation and order: pricing, production, delivery and after-sales service — establishment and performance of a contract.
  • Dealership applications: evaluation of the partnership — pre-contractual measure, legitimate interest.
  • Job applications: candidate pool and matching — the intent of the application, legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations: tax and official authority requests — legal requirement.
  • Commercial electronic messages: only where explicit approval exists — explicit consent.

4. Transfer of Data

Data is transferred to the following recipients to the extent the purpose requires:

  • carriers (address and telephone for delivery),
  • the dealer or fitter performing the installation (for fitting),
  • hosting, e-mail and portal services (within the scope of contract),
  • competent public authorities (only where legally required).

Personal data is not sold. Transfers are kept within the bounds of contract and legal safeguards.

5. Retention Period

Data is kept for the period required by the work and stipulated by law. When the work ends it is deleted or anonymised. Application data is destroyed shortly after the review is complete.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, the data subject has the right to:

  • learn whether their data is being processed,
  • request the purpose of processing and to whom it has been transferred,
  • request correction or deletion,
  • object to processing,
  • claim compensation for damage suffered.

Applications are made in writing to info@fenetresystems.com. A response is given within thirty days at the latest. In case of refusal or an inadequate response, a complaint may be lodged with the Personal Data Protection Board.
