FENETRE Systems — Insect Screen and Pleated Blind Systems

Curtain Application Areas

The spaces where roller, screen and zebra blinds are applied. Fabric-group light management in living rooms, bedrooms, offices and shop windows.

Curtain Spaces

The roller blind family — screen, blackout and zebra — is the most common interior blind group whose fabric is chosen by the light expectation of the space. What changes on a single mechanism is the fabric. Screen cuts UV while showing the outside, blackout builds full darkness, and zebra adjusts through the day with the band transition. The application area is decided by the answer the fabric group gives to that space.

Selection Notes

Points That Decide the Curtain Application

Fabric Group Is the Decision Point

Screen, blackout and zebra interchange on the same case. The light expectation of the space chooses the fabric group, the fabric group the mechanism weight.

Screen Openness Ratio

The openness factor changes between 1% and 10%. A low ratio cuts the sun and the view, a high ratio preserves the scenery.

Motorised Scenario

Motorised rollers work with a remote and scenarios. On high windows and in multiple blind groups movement is provided with a single command.

In-Recess or on the Façade

On-joinery, wall and ceiling planes are set by the structure of the opening. The in-recess connection gives the cleanest look.
