The story of FENETRE Systems began not with grand claims but with the first insect screen produced to measure. Today the same plant ships 8 product lines, a dealer network spreading across Türkiye, and an order infrastructure rarely found among manufacturers. Founding — Production Workshop in Gebze
FENETRE Systems was founded in Gebze, Kocaeli, with a single product line: insect screen systems. From day one, the model was made-to-measure manufacturing, not ready stock. Every order was completed in the same plant, from cutting to packaging.
- Growth Period
Expansion of the Product Line
The fixed and pleated insect screen series were followed by the pleated blind, honeycomb, duette, venetian blind and zip screen families. The catalogue reached 8 product lines covering insect screens and blinds; each line began to be produced with its own profile, fabric and mechanism standard.
- Systematisation
Quality Control Becomes a Process Standard
Pre-dispatch inspection was defined as a separate stage of the production line. Measurement verification, mechanism operation testing and packaging inspection became mandatory stops on every order.
- Partner Network
Establishment of the Dealer Model
Rather than only selling the product, a model was built that makes the seller part of the system. Wholesale dealer, knock-down partner and reference partner channels were opened; dealers began to receive discounted price lists, sample sets and technical documentation.
- Digital Transformation
Dealer ERP Portal
The order process was moved out of phone and e-mail traffic into the panel. The smart order screen, instant pricing, production and cargo tracking, current account and warranty management were combined in a single ERP infrastructure — designed as a differentiator not found among manufacturers in Türkiye.

Exports and the European Network
Production is still at the single plant in Gebze. Products are dispatched with address delivery to every province in Türkiye and every country in the world; dealers and business partners in Europe place orders through the same portal.
What Changed Behind the Timeline
Each period added a permanent layer to the business model.
The founding-era decision — made-to-measure production instead of stock — is still the foundation of the line. Manufacturing that fits every frame exactly, instead of products squeezed into standard-size templates, eliminated returns and fit problems from the outset.
The dealer model set the company’s direction: FENETRE built a structure that not only manufactures but also makes the seller’s job easier. The ERP portal is the digital counterpart of that decision; the dealer enters orders, tracks production and sees their balance without calling the manufacturer.
The only thing that has not changed is the address. Production is in Gebze, quality control under the same roof, packaging in the same team. Growth was achieved by expanding the line, not by splitting the plant.
