How We Work
The team works at the Gebze production plant; the line itself is at the centre of the job. Because every order is manufactured to measure, there is no identical repetition — the day moves through different product and dimension combinations. This order calls for attention and work discipline.
Processes run on record: order card, inspection log, shipment dispatch. Looking at the system instead of "asking someone" is part of the culture. A line error is expected to be reported, not hidden; the error is written into the process and a change preventing its recurrence is applied.
Fields of Work
Areas of responsibility across four main units.
Production
Cutting, assembly and line support duties. The made-to-measure line calls for manual precision and steady work discipline.
Quality Control and Shipment
Pre-shipment inspection, packaging and dispatch. The unit responsible for the final state of the product reaching the customer.
Digital and Operations
Running the dealer portal, order flow and internal processes digitally. Adaptation to an ERP-based way of working is expected.
Dealer and Customer Relations
Dealer applications, quotation processes and tracking of service requests. A role that combines technical product knowledge with communication skills.
