Finished Product and Knock-Down Shipment
Products are shipped ready to use or as an assembly kit. The choice depends on the market’s model.
Two Shipment Models
The same product, two packaging formats. The production and inspection standard does not change.
Finished Product Shipment
- Assembly completed — a ready-to-use product
- The buyer only needs to fit it in place
- Ideal for shipments within Türkiye and nearby regions
- Lowest fault risk since final inspection is done at the plant
Knock-Down Shipment
- Cut profiles, mesh–fabric and parts are shipped as a kit
- Freight volume shrinks — cost drops in distant markets
- The right model for dealers with their own installation crews
- Assembly diagram and parts list inside the box
Which Shipment Suits You?
We compared the two models on four criteria. If you have an installation crew, knock-down; if you deliver to end users, the finished model stands out.
| Criterion | Finished Product | Knock-Down Kit |
|---|---|---|
| Assembly | Completed at the plant | Kit assembly on the buyer’s side |
| Freight Volume | As much as the product volume | Smaller box volume |
| Target Audience | End users, dealers offering installation service | Dealers and distributors with their own installation crew |
| Package Contents | Ready-to-use product + connection hardware | Cut profiles, mesh/fabric, parts, assembly diagram |
The Shipment Process
Four steps from model selection to delivery.
- 01
Order and Model Selection
Product group, measurements and quantities are submitted. The shipment model is chosen according to the market and the crew.
- 02
Production and Inspection
Assembly for finished products, part cutting for knock-down. Pre-dispatch inspection is the same for both models.
- 03
Packaging
Finished products are packed with a protective layer; knock-down kits with a parts list — labelled in both cases.
- 04
Shipment
Scheduled delivery to a Türkiye or international address. Tracking information is shared.
Questions About the Shipment Models
Which buyers is knock-down shipment suitable for?
What if a part is missing in a knock-down kit?
Is there a quality difference between the finished and knock-down models?
Which one is more economical?
The Model Is Chosen Together
Once the market and crew structure is shared, the suitable shipment model is recommended.
