One Plant, Four Stations

Every product passes through the same line’s four stations; there is no outsourced stage.

Profile and Cutting

Aluminium casing and rail profiles are cut to the order measurement; length tolerance is checked on every piece.

Fabric and Mesh Processing

Pleated fabric, honeycomb cells and fibreglass mesh; pattern and series integrity is verified before cutting.

Mechanism and Assembly

Tension system, cord and mechanism assembly; every product is physically operated before dispatch.

Packaging

Packaging designed against transit damage; for knock-down shipments the parts and screw set is arranged separately.

The plant’s location carries a logistics advantage: Gebze sits at the intersection of the main arteries to Istanbul and Anatolia. Istanbul and Kocaeli installations are run by the plant team, other regions via the cargo network. Eight product lines — insect screens, pleated insect screens, pleated, honeycomb, duette, venetian, zip and curtain systems — are manufactured under this roof to the same quality standard.

Flow From Order to Dispatch

Every order follows the same six stages; none is skipped.

    Measurement and Order

    Measurements and product features are received via the dealer panel or the quote form; the production card is opened.

  2. 02

    Cutting and Preparation

    Profile, fabric and mesh are prepared to measure; the parts list is matched with the order.

  3. 03

    Assembly

    Casing, mechanism and covering are combined; the tension adjustment is made according to the product type.

  4. 04

    Quality Control

    Measurement verification, operation test and visual inspection — an unapproved product does not proceed to packaging.

  5. 05

    Packaging

    Transit-damage-appropriate packaging; for knock-down shipment an installation set and guide are added.

  6. 06

    Dispatch

    A tracking number is created; the dealer and customer follow the cargo via the panel or notification.

An unapproved product does not proceed to packaging.

The inspection record is written to the order card; the dealer tracks the stage of their own order on the panel. If a fault is detected the product does not enter the package and is taken back into production — only an approved part reaches the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the plant be visited?
Plant tours are given by appointment for dealers and corporate business partners. The production line, quality control and packaging stages are shown on site.
Is production outsourced?
No. Cutting, assembly, quality control and packaging are all completed at our own plant in Gebze; no stage is moved outside.
Are there standard stock products besides custom measure?
The production model is made to measure; no stock templates are kept. This approach exists for a one-to-one fit with the frame and a low return rate.
