Contact is established through the manufacturer. When a request is sent, the suitable partner is matched by region and job type; both sides work under manufacturer coordination.

How does a customer request installation?

If a registered partner exists in the region, the installation is assigned. In Istanbul and Kocaeli, installation is carried out directly by the FENETRE team.
