Quality Control

Every product is tested for surface damage, paint, cord tension and live installation scenarios; any deviation triggers quarantine and rework before shipment.

Quality Control

Every fly screen, pleated screen, pleated blind, honeycomb blind, venetian blind and zip blind is audited by a six-person quality cell. Scratches, bent profiles, broken corners, paint defects, inner/outer coating, cord tension and assembled performance are reviewed in detail to guarantee flawless operation on site.

Quarantine Protocol

  • Each unit receives an RFID event; deviations route it automatically to the quarantine area.
  • The quality lead, production owner and shift manager decide whether to rework, remake or scrap.
  • Units exit quarantine only after repeating the entire test stack.
  • Critical failures (broken profiles, wrong fabric, faulty motors) trigger root-cause analysis.
  • No logistics label is printed until the technician signs off the fix.
  • The full chronology is visible to brands and dealers for traceability.

Field Performance Add-ons

  • Installation videos are linked via QR inside the box for installers.
  • 30-day post-install feedback updates the defect matrix.
  • Components are serialized so service teams can trace them on site.
  • Child-safety accessories, sharp edges and cord heights are double-checked.
  • Random units undergo field A/B tests; learnings feed the production recipe.
  • Supplier quality assurance reports are published weekly.
