Packaging and Wrapping
However good the product, it means nothing if it arrives damaged. That is why packaging is a standard of its own.
The Packaging Standard
Insect screen and blind systems contain long profiles, delicate mesh and moving mechanisms. A standard box is not enough. That is why there is a separate packaging instruction for every product type, and packaging is treated as part of quality control.
Inside the box is a parts list; on it, the product and address label. In dealer orders, the box is marked with the dealer reference code, arranged for shelving or shipment.
Inside the Box
- Product or knock-down part set
- Assembly diagram and installation note
- Complete parts and connection hardware
- Parts list — for the recipient’s check
Packaging by Product Type
From profile bundles to sample packs, every shipment has its own packaging layout.
Profile Bundles
Cut aluminium profiles are bundled with end protection and a stretch layer. Length and label are on the box.
Knock-Down Kit
Profile, mesh/fabric and parts are packed in a single box with a parts list. Includes the assembly diagram.
Finished Product
The assembled product is secured with corner protection and an impact-absorbing layer. Mechanism movement is kept locked.
Sample Pack
Profile sections and mesh–fabric samples are shipped labelled, in separate protective packaging.
The Packaging Process
Four steps from inspection to dispatch preparation.
- 01
Product Check
Packaging starts with the product that has passed pre-dispatch quality control.
- 02
Protective Layer
Corner protection, stretch film or an impact-absorbing layer is applied depending on the product type.
- 03
Box and Label
The box is sealed. The product label and parts list are added. Address information is matched to the file.
- 04
Dispatch Preparation
The box is weighed, entered on the dispatch list and held ready for carrier handover.
