Warranty and Service Management

Every service from delivery to closure is on record. No request is lost.

The Job Does Not End When the Sale Does

When warranty management is run on paper, dates are missed and requests forgotten. Customer trust erodes. In this module the warranty period starts automatically with delivery — bound to the system’s record, not the dealer’s calendar. Scope and durations are written on the Warranty and Parts Supply page.

The service side keeps the same discipline. A request is opened. A team is assigned. The intervention is recorded. Closure is posted automatically. While the dealer fulfils the warranty commitment completely, the customer knows exactly where their process stands.

  1. 01

    Request Opened

A service request is entered into the system with customer information, product detail and fault description.

  2. 02

    Priority and Assignment

The request enters the priority queue. A technician or team is assigned. An estimated resolution date is added.

  3. 03

    Intervention

The assigned team performs the service. The operation and the parts used go on record.

  4. 04

    Closure

The completed request is closed automatically and added to the customer’s service history.

Questions About Warranty and Service

When does the warranty period start?
The moment the product is delivered, the system starts the warranty period automatically. The end date is written to the customer card.
Is there a warning before the warranty expires?
Yes. A notification goes to the dealer 30 and 7 days before the end date. Proactive maintenance or a renewal offer can be planned.
Who opens the service request?
The dealer opens a request on behalf of their own customer. Fault description, product information and priority are added to the request. Team assignment follows.
Do past service records get lost?
No. Every completed service is added chronologically to the customer’s history — stored together with product, date and the operation performed.
