The only hand-typed field is the measurement. Every other selection is guided step by step. Incompatible combinations are eliminated.

Why “Smart”?

In traditional ordering, mistakes are made not in the measurement but in the options. The wrong rail colour, a mechanism that does not fit that profile, a mounting type that cannot go with that fabric — orders taken by phone or handwritten notes reach the factory incomplete or wrong.

The Smart Order Screen solves this problem structurally. The valid option combination of every product family is defined in the system. The user only writes the measurement; the remaining fields open step by step and an option that does not match the previous choice is never shown. The result: the order line arrives complete and manufacturable every time.

    Product Selection

    The product family from insect screens to zip screens is selected. The system opens the relevant configuration flow.

    Measurement Entry

    The only manual field. Width and height — entered in mm. Out-of-range measurements are flagged instantly.

    Options

    Colour, fabric, rail type, mechanism and mounting method finish in click-and-select steps. Incompatible combinations are eliminated by the system.

  4. 04

    Confirmation and Production

    The summary screen is confirmed. The order line drops into the production plan with a complete configuration.

Questions About the Smart Order Screen

Can someone with no technical knowledge place an order?
Yes. The screen guides what to select at each step. Incompatible colour–mechanism or measurement–mounting combinations are eliminated by the system, so no wrong configuration can be created.
Which information do I need to enter by hand?
Only width and height. Colour, fabric, rail, mechanism and mounting options are ticked from ready lists with click-and-select.
How does the process work if there is a mistake in the order?
Measurement limits and incompatible selections are blocked on screen, so errors are mostly stopped at the source. The summary screen before confirmation provides the final check.
Who uses the screen?
Dealers, sub-dealers, installation teams and all partners granted panel access. There is no direct ordering authority on the customer side.
