The Smart Order Screen is the centrepiece of the Fenetre Systems CRM and one of the most advanced order management tools in the industry, available at only 3-4 companies worldwide. Its core principle is simplicity: the user only enters the product width and height manually; every other parameter — colour, mechanism, fabric, rail type, installation method — is completed through a guided click-and-select workflow.
This approach brings production error rates close to zero. Every order line reaches the factory floor complete and accurate, eliminating returns caused by wrong dimensions, colours, or configurations. Because the system guides each step, even users with no technical background can build the correct product configuration confidently.
