Order & Production Tracking
The Fenetre Systems Order & Production Tracking module lets you see every production step of your order in real time from inside the factory. From the moment an order enters the system, each product line is tracked independently — you can see on a single screen which item is in cutting, which is on the assembly line, and which is in quality control.
This transparency gives dealers and sub-dealers the ability to commit to firm delivery dates to their customers. If a production delay or unexpected event occurs, the system generates an instant notification, so customers can be informed proactively before any issue arises. A separate completion percentage is tracked for each product within the order.
