Shipping & Delivery Tracking
Once products complete the factory packaging stage, shipping processes are managed automatically through the system. The courier company handling the shipment, the assigned tracking number and the estimated delivery date are communicated simultaneously to the dealer, sub-dealer and customer. This means the recipient is informed well before the courier arrives at the door.
Another critical feature is pre-notification of the cash-on-delivery amount. The shipping fee is calculated by the system and sent to the recipient via SMS or notification in advance, eliminating surprise charges at the door. Every step of the shipping process is recorded digitally and any issue can be reported instantly.
