Sub-Dealer Management

Your own distribution network is set up. Authority stays with the dealer; the financial process stays transparent.

The Network Grows — Management Does Not Get Complicated

For a main dealer who wants to expand the sales network, the classic model brings a scattered structure. Every sub-dealer orders by phone, prices are discussed by message and the account is kept in a notebook. Sub-Dealer Management turns this structure into a systematic one.

The main dealer assigns login credentials to the sub-dealer. The sub-dealer works independently with their own panel. They place their orders themselves, register their customers and set their own prices. The main dealer keeps control at the head of the chain by setting the base profit rate.

  1. 01

    Sub-Dealer Record

The main dealer creates a new sub-dealer from the panel. Company name and region information are entered.

  2. 02

    Login Assignment

A username and password are defined for the sub-dealer. They sign in to the system with their own panel.

  3. 03

    Profit Rate

The main dealer sets the base profit rate. The sub-dealer starts selling within this framework.

  4. 04

    Independent Operation

The sub-dealer enters their own orders, registers customers and manages their additional margin.

Permission Distribution

The responsibilities of the two levels are defined separately in the system. Nobody enters the other’s territory.

Main dealer and sub-dealer permission levels
LevelWhat They Can Do
Main DealerAdding sub-dealers, assigning login credentials, setting the base profit rate
Main DealerViewing sub-dealer orders, monitoring the financial flow
Sub-DealerCreating their own orders and tracking production status
Sub-DealerDefining their own additional margin on top of the base price
Sub-DealerRegistering their own customers and managing their portfolio

Questions About Sub-Dealer Management

How many sub-dealers can be added?
There is no limit. The main dealer creates as many sub-dealers as they want. Each works with independent login credentials and its own customer portfolio.
Who sets the sub-dealer’s price?
The main dealer sets the base price and profit rate. The sub-dealer adds their own additional margin on top of that base and builds the final sale price.
Can the main dealer see the sub-dealer’s customers?
Sub-dealer customer records are kept in the sub-dealer’s account. The main dealer monitors orders and the financial flow; access to customer detail depends on the permission setting.
How is the financial flow monitored?
Debts, receivables, payment plans and open balances between sub-dealer and main dealer are recorded transparently through the system and are visible to both parties.
