Aluminium Venetian Blind
An aluminium venetian blind is an industrial solar control solution built from surface-finished thin aluminium slats that offer complete resistance to moisture, warping and corrosion compared to wooden models. Slats are manufactured from polyester powder-coated or matt anodised aluminium fired in a heat oven; this coating provides long-term protection against UV radiation, cleaning chemicals and steam. It has become the first choice for bathrooms, kitchens, medical environments and offices requiring high humidity tolerance or sterilisation compatibility.
Slat width options are 25 mm (slim, minimal appearance) and 35 mm (more robust, classic venetian feel) in two standard formats. Over 100 powder coat colours are available; metallic, matt and transparent anodised tones are included. The mechanical system works identically to a wooden venetian blind: slat angle adjustment and full stacking upward. Aluminium being lighter than wood makes it more practical at large sizes.
