A roller fly screen winds the insect mesh around a drum housed inside an aluminium cassette, opening and closing with a spring mechanism or a gentle upward-downward motion. The cassette protects the mesh from UV radiation, dust and mechanical impact, significantly extending its service life. Fenetre Systems' roller fly screen features a 100×100 mm ultra-slim cassette profile that leaves a minimal visual footprint when fitted to the window frame.

The system operates like a roller blind: the mesh is pulled down to open and pushed up with fingertips to retract. On vertically mounted models, the spring return system enables both single-motion closing and precise gap control. High-density brush seals on the bottom rail prevent lateral mesh movement and insect ingress — a decisive advantage in windy conditions or high-rise installations.

For large panoramic window facades, dual or triple cassette configurations cover wide openings with a unified aesthetic. Cassette colours: white, anthracite, bronze and silver. The cassette is screwed to the top wall or window frame interior. Non-standard sizes are delivered within 5 working days.
