Light Control and the Hygiene Surface in the Laboratory

Mounting is built outside working hours. While the device is on, shaking and dust are not wanted. The team complies with the cleaning rule; the units are fitted in a single pass without disturbing the setting.
In the dark room with optical devices the unit is produced with full closure. The rail channel and the side guide cut the light leak. Leak lines like the door threshold and the air grille are solved separately in the project.

In the fume-hood section where chemical vapour is drawn densely, the unit material is reviewed separately. Instead of the standard series a chemical-resistant fabric and a closed rail are fitted. The fume-hood distance is written on the measurement form.
At the opening hour the units are taken to the sun position. The morning routine runs with the device warm-up. At the end of work the blackout units close, the sample area is sealed for the night.
