Sustainability

Manufacturer realities instead of green marketing: long-lived products, domestic production, systems that reduce heat gain and recyclable material.

Our Approach

For a manufacturer, the measure of sustainability is not the claim but the product’s lifespan and where the responsibility ends. Only what is verifiable is written on this page: the committed spare-parts supply, where production takes place, the effect the product creates in use and the material in the construction.

There are no unmeasured carbon figures, undocumented certificates or percentage claims — data we do not hold is not written.

Four Real Pillars

Each one a verifiable heading already stated on this site as a commitment or technical fact.

  • Long Life and Repair

The strongest sustainability argument is a product that is never thrown away. Every product line carries a 2-year warranty and a 15-year spare-parts supply commitment — when a mechanism or part fails, the product is repaired, not discarded.

  • Domestic Production

All eight product lines are manufactured at the Gebze plant. Instead of products arriving in containers from the Far East, a short supply chain: raw material enters the plant and the finished product is packaged at the same plant and dispatched directly to the address.

  • The Product’s Energy Effect

Zip screens and insect screen systems cut solar heat outside the glass. As the heat gain entering the space falls, the cooling load drops — the product itself saves energy in the space where it is used.

  • Recyclable Material

The load-bearing construction is predominantly aluminium profile — a metal that can be recycled practically without limit. At the end of the product’s life, the main body material is recovered.
