The aluminium louvre does not rust and wipes easily. It sits balanced on medium and wide windows, with fine tilt control.
The louvres line up neither too dense nor too sparse. When open most of the glass stays visible. When closed the view from outside is cut. Being the standard size, spare louvres and hardware are easy to find.
Spare parts are the long-term advantage of a standard size. Years later a single louvre or mechanism is renewed from the same series. That lowers the corporate buyer’s operating cost.

The brackets hold to the recess, wall or ceiling. The body sits onto the brackets.
On wet-volume applications stainless hardware is taken.
Once the headrail is seated on the brackets the lift cord and tilt wand are attached. As the mechanism is set at the factory only fixing remains on site.
Wall and ceiling mounting uses dowel-and-screw fixing. On plasterboard surfaces a toggle dowel is taken.

On bathroom and kitchen applications a stainless chain and brackets are recommended. Where there is an opening sash the louvre pack height is factored in.
The balanced standard in office and home
The 25 mm louvre is the most widely used size in venetian blinds. The reason is practical. It lines up in proportion to the glass height of a medium window. When tilted it both keeps the outside view and throws bright sun up to the ceiling.
On a window facing a screen, turning the louvres upward cuts the glare falling on the monitor. In offices, classrooms and clinics that do not want blackout this adjustment alone is enough.
In steamy volumes like kitchens and bathrooms the aluminium louvre does not deform. Where a wooden or fabric model would not last, 25 mm aluminium works without a problem.
Colour and surface card
The louvres are painted from the standard card. Matt, satin and metallic surfaces are taken. In offices an anodised tone leads; at home white and anthracite integrate with the joinery.
Where a project has several windows the colour specification is held on the order form. On additional orders the same tone is repeated. In batch production louvre, strip and body colour are pulled from a single record.
The ladder tape and bottom rail match the louvre colour. In the closed position the system reads as a single-colour surface. A contrast-tape preference is written separately in production.
On multi-block residential and corporate jobs paint is requested by RAL code. On single-colour orders the blinds on every floor come out in the same tone. The paint is baked onto the louvre in the powder-coating oven. The surface resists scratching and fading.
Mechanism, cleaning and service
Tilt control is done by wand or chain. The lift cord gathers the louvres into the headrail. On the continuous-loop chain option no free-hanging cord remains — a reason it is preferred in homes with children.
For cleaning the louvres are brought to the closed position and a dusting tool or damp cloth is used. For stubborn dirt the louvres wipe without being removed one by one. A yearly general wipe keeps the surface in its first-day look.
Production is made at the Gebze facility to the clear glazing measurement. With calculated edge-clearance cutting, leakage is minimised. The order includes the brackets, fixing hardware and mounting diagram.
Long life in wet volumes
Kitchen steam and bathroom humidity deform wooden and fabric louvres. There is no such risk with aluminium. With the stainless chain and bracket option no moisture weakness remains on the hardware side either.
In environments producing heavy steam a greasy film settles on the louvre surface over time. A monthly damp-cloth pass prevents build-up. Detergent cleaning is fine but an abrasive sponge damages the surface lacquer.
Interior condensation on winter glazing can leave drops on the louvre. As it is a wipeable build it is not a problem. In constantly wet places like a shower enclosure, mounting outside the glass line is recommended.
Project and delivery planning
On bulk orders the same specification is repeated once the first batch is approved. Colour, hardware and packaging are held on the order form. A floor-by-floor delivery plan is set to the site and installation schedule.
