FENETRE Systems — Insect Screen and Pleated Blind Systems

Laboratory Honeycomb Blind

Honeycomb blind in the laboratory: blackout and glare control in light-sensitive work; chosen by separating the sterile-volume condition. Analysis is safe.

Laboratory Analysis

The laboratory blind is a functional decision: in light-sensitive measurements and work blackout is a must, on desks wanting attention glare control is needed. The honeycomb blackout variant cuts the light structurally; the diffuse variant cuts the glare while preserving the brightness. In the sterile and chemical-vapoured volume the fabric is conditional — there a wipeable or enclosed-between-glass system is needed.

Blackout

In light-sensitive work the blackout variant cuts the outside light structurally.

Glare

The glare at the microscope and screen head is broken with diffuse filtering.

Sterile Condition

In the volume with a chemical-vapour and sterility condition the fabric is not suitable.

Quietness

The mechanism working during measurement and analysis produces no sound.

The Measurement Value of Light Control

In the laboratory light control is not an aesthetic but an efficiency issue: screen and microscope glare produces reading error, the light-sensitive work wants darkness. With its two variants honeycomb meets both conditions.

In the volume with a sterility and chemical-vapour condition the fabric limit is written honestly; there the enclosed-between-glass or wipeable system is the right class.

The cordless order suits laboratory safety; a hanging cord forms a risk both for hygiene and around the equipment.

Application Notes

Mounting & Selection for Laboratory

Sterility

In the sterile/chemical volume the fabric is conditional; an enclosed or wipeable system is chosen.

Blackout

In the light-sensitive job the blackout variant cuts the view; diffuse is not sufficient.

Cordless

A hanging cord is risky around equipment; the order is positioned by hand.

Maintenance

Dry cleaning; fabric contacting chemical vapour is not recommended.
