Terrace Zip Screen Analysis
The terrace is the home area where the zip screen shows its scale advantage: the wide open edge closes with side-channelled fabric, the wind is cut and evening privacy is given. On wide openings the motorised order is standard; the sun and the wind sensor manage the system by itself. When retracted, the terrace opens completely.

On a large opening the side-channelled fabric works in a single piece; no intermediate support is needed.
Evening Privacy
With the closure cutting the neighbour view the terrace is also used in the evening.

The open edge of the terrace
The value of a terrace is its openness but wind and the neighbour view limit its use. The zip screen solves both by closing the edge: the wind is cut, privacy is given, the open look is preserved.
On wide openings the motorised order is standard; the sun sensor lowers automatically at noon, the wind sensor retracts in a storm — the system works by itself.
The retracted cassette opens the edge; the terrace returns to open mode. Two modes are given with a single system.
