The Energy Balance of the Hall Glass
The gym is a wide-glazed, high-volume space; the sun load directly disturbs the work comfort in summer. The honeycomb cell air builds a buffer at the façade — light enters, the heat is braked.
The honest limit is the fabric’s impact resistance: on the glass close to the ball-and-equipment contact zone the soft cell fabric is risky. It is suitable on the high-positioned façade band or in contact-free areas.
The glare hitting the training surface is broken with diffuse filtering; the opaque variant is used in a room wanting blackout like a projection or a yoga studio.

Impact Zone
The fabric is risky at ball-contact height; it is safe on the upper façade band.
Façade Band
On the high glass strip honeycomb is in its most efficient position; it stays contact-free.
Alternative
On the glass in the contact zone an aluminium or a vertical durable system is considered.
Motorised
On the high façade band there is no hand reach; a motorised order is a must.
