How Does the Double-Layer Fan Work on a Circle?
Fan folding’s purest radial form; every slice carries a double pocket.
On round glass the double-layer honeycomb opens from the centre point toward the rim — like a wheel spoke. In each radial slice two nested cells come stacked; a double pocket forms over the whole circular plane.
The panel can stay as a fixed fan or gather at the centre; in the open state the circle’s line shows fully. Even on a fixed fan the double cell keeps working on the glass line.
On the circular glass of churches, villas and classic façades the cover follows the geometry; a square cut breaks the glass’s shape while the radial fan completes it.

On a rose or rose-window glass the radial fan completes the circle; a straight blind leaves gaps at the diagonal corners. On wide circles along the façade line the double cell raises an extra buffer.
On bathroom and stairwell circular glass the privacy fan opens; the soft light filtered through two layers diffuses inside.
