Two layers, one profile and the control levers are built to measure. The folded, ready-to-fit dual set arrives in its safe package.
The dual system's working order is simple. By day only the sheer layer covers the glass; light is filtered, the view reads. In the evening the night layer is lowered; the room closes to the outside. One system replaces the trouble of hanging two blinds.
White sheer is the brightest day face of this combination. With the layer open the blind is nearly invisible at the window; the room stands at its closest state to the bare glass's brightness.
The plain-fabric night layer carries no pattern or texture. It is a plain privacy layer with no blackout promise; sufficient in rooms without a street-lamp or early-sunrise problem.

A single dual-channel profile carries the two layers together. In the bead choice the profile leans on the glazing bead; inside-recess and over-wall mounting is done with the same body.
The drill-free adhesive carrier is compatible with the dual body's light build. In a rented home it is removed leaving no mark.
Each layer has its own operating lever; at installation the lever is fitted on whichever side is wanted.
- The net width and height of the glass or joinery opening is taken in centimetres.
- The installation form is written on the order: inside the recess, on the bead or on the wall.
- The white sheer's tone match with the joinery is compared in daylight; the off-white risk is ruled out.
In the dual system depth is critical: if a bead is to be fitted, the bead plane is added to the measurement. A single photo clarifies the mounting plan.
How the dual system turns through the day
The day & night system ties two fabrics to separate levers. In the morning the night layer is gathered up, the sheer layer lowers; the room stays bright and open. In the evening the sheer layer is lifted, the plain fabric is lowered; privacy is provided.
Intermediate positions are also possible. Leaving only the night layer half-down gives daytime privacy; leaving only the sheer half-down partially filters the window. The dual build produces four separate light states.
This operation adds night control on top of the experience the white sheer pleated blind offers alone. The transparent layer alone does not solve the night; in the dual system this gap is closed with the second layer.
The white sheer's role on the day layer
White transparent takes the light's hardness without changing its spectrum. On a north façade or in a few-windowed room this layer lets in all the available brightness; a dark sheer would create unnecessary loss here.
The plain fabric's daytime look is also balanced by the white sheer. In the closed state the two layers stand on top of each other; when the fine transparent stands in front it makes the plain fabric surface behind unreadable — the window looks like a single texture.
If the joinery is white, the layers disappear inside the recess. When the dual-channel profile comes in white tone, the blind reads as part of the window frame even when closed.
Who this combination suits
If there is no street-lamp or heavy sunrise problem, the plain-fabric night layer is sufficient; no need to pay for blackout. It is the right match in rooms whose privacy expectation is at the "no one should see inside" level.
In a room where a harder light cut is needed, the same system's blackout-layered version is switched to; the day face stays on the same white sheer.
Compared to the cost of two separate blinds, the single-body dual system reduces both the mounting load and the visibility per blind. The curtain rail, separate mechanism and double-mounting expense disappear.
