Once Cash Flow Is Visible, Planning Follows
All financial movements between dealer and sub-dealer gather in a single account — order amounts, payments, refunds, advances. While the main dealer sees the balances of all sub-dealers in their portfolio live, the sub-dealer monitors their account with the main dealer at the same transparency. Both parties look at the same figure.
Collection is a planned process, not a task to be remembered. The system produces automatic reminders for payments coming due. Overdue accounts are tracked separately. Summary reports download in one click — data to carry into accounting is always ready.
